This Is Just STUPID

This is just stupid. If I lived in a house since 1972 and it mine, nobody better tell me what I can do inside my house or try to fined me. Read the story below:


SAN DIEGO -- A 70-year-old Tierrasanta woman was fined for allegedly using her garage space as living space.


Marilyn Weber said she usually spends four or five hours a day in her  garage space at Villa Portinifino knitting and watching TV. Neighborhood children and friends said they often swing by for treats and coffee.


Recently, the homeowners association at Villa Portofino fined Weber $50 because she was using the area as living space. For every day she goes without paying the fine, they add on an additional $2.
Some of Weber's neighbors say they appreciate that she has opened her garage as a neighborhood gathering place. They believe the homeowners association is making a mistake by going after her on this issue.


"She doesn't have a bed or running water," said Jonathon Heller, a neighbor who says Weber is like a grandmother to his son. "You live in so many places where you don't know your neighbors. I know all my neighbors because of Marilyn, because they migrate here."


Weber, who has lived at the residence since 1972, said she plans to fight the fine, which has grown to more than $120.


Phone calls and emails from Fox 5 to the Villa Portifino Homeowners Association board members were not returned over the week.

I Guess The Drinking Age @ Applebees Is 1 year old

A mother is alleging that the Applebee’s in Madison Heights, Michigan gave her one and half year old toddler alcohol in his ‘kids cup’. The victim’s mother, Taylor Dill-Reese, said that she ordered a kids meal at the family restaurant and noticed her toddler becoming sleepy and exhibiting odd behavior after drinking what was supposed to be apple juice. She reportedly opened the cup and smelled what she thought was margarita mixture with alcohol. The mother said that she had ordered juice with the kids meal but contends that that’s not what he got.
According to Click On Detroit, the mother notified the restaurant manager who took a whiff of the cup and was reportedly horrified by what he smelled.  The toddler, Dominic Dill-Reese, was taken to a local hospital and was said to be in good condition, however, the doctors warned that had the baby drank the entire cup, the results could have been fatal.
Police currently believe the baby was given the drink by accident but are investigating further to determine how this happened. Applebee’s has issued a statement that acknowledges their full cooperation with the police and their condemnation of the mistake.


How in the hell can this be a mistake. I go to Applebees all the time and I never saw them serve alcohol in a cup, period. Thank God the toddler didn't drank the entire cup.

LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Photographs of two students having sex on top of a campus building have set off a major controversy at the University of Southern California and now school officials are considering whether disciplinary action is necessary.

It apparently happened atop USC's 12-story-tall Waite Phillips Hall over the weekend.

The photos went viral after they were posted online Saturday night, according to the Daily Trojan.

The Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, Denzil Suite says university officials are discussing whether the apparent romp constitutes a violation of university policies that prohibit unauthorized access to building roofs.

The male has been identified as a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. He was immediately suspended from the house.

The president of USC Kappa Sigma, Ayushi Gummadi, said in a statement to the Daily Trojan: "While the actions that were taken did involve a member of our chapter we, in no way, support this kind of behavior, nor do we promote any such actions."

Reporter Finds Murder Weapon

There was a murder in Lithonia, Georgia where a woman and two children were stabbed to death by 21 year old Eugene Quatron McCoy. The victims are apparently his mother and sisters.  While polices was searching the crime scene for evidences, they missed the bloody knife.  One officer saw the bloody knife, but thought it was not related to the murder which the victims was stabbed to the death. “What the Deuce?” They need to firer this police officer for been stupid. Thank God an Atlanta reporter found the knife on the patio.
